Awesome Overnight Stay

It was very near Magellans Cross and the South bus terminal. Walkable distance! Also near the highway and a jollibee branch if you want to grab a quick bite. 7-11 is indeed just beside the main entrance. The room was very spacious. The airconditioning was great too. We had a really good night's sleep, so much that we didnt wake up on time to catch the early bus to Badian. Hahaha! The staff were very helpful. We kept asking for directions onset of our arrival. Haha. We asked the keycard to remain in the room since we were chqrging most of our gadgets and powerbanks and they kindly opened the door every time we came back. Really awesome stay! 5 stars!

No bidet. Haha. But we managed.

I am not going back to USDA hotel

Bed not comfortable towel are thin old towel sign on front desk it say deposit before check in staff asked for full payment misleading sign I question them why is the sign it says deposit and then you asked for full payment he could not answer my question

employees are so noisy so much noise from outside I order for breakfast they provide what I order always excuses they don't have the one I order question them why did you advertise those food No one could provide an answer

Clean rooms and good location.

Clean rooms and good location. Polite staffs and the room boys are always available when you ask them to clean the room. A convenient store is just below the property.

Bidet was missing in the comfort room, so we have to use the flexible shower head

Staffs were nice and located only 15 minutes walking...

Staffs were nice and located only 15 minutes walking distance to Pier 1, good choice for ferry transfer. A nice supermarket located 5 minutes by walking, we got lots of chocolate coated dried mango there aha.

The hotel was abit older than expected, so the design and facilities were not super shining. But to the price and location, it was indeed a good deal.

Bed was comfortable and AC was ok not so noisy

Bathroom really tiny and it smells like sewage when turn the shower on the smells run all of the room....just disgusting, no hot water, mould everywhere. There was a used soap left in the bathroom so it looked like no one cleaned before we check-in. Wi fi doesn’t work, no safety box and the wardrobe smells really bad. No refrigerator

The hotel is a nice place to stay and its very affordable, will recommend it to my friends.

The room service was excellent, excellent location at the heart of the city, good people! the crowd of people and the street stores come alive starting from 10pm and overall its a safe place to stay lots of restaurants around.

Great stay!

It was very comfortable! Great A.C., good tv size and channels, very clean and a big room. All round very good value for money would definitely stay here again.

It was very dusty behind the TV so I couldn't plug in my HDMI lead but that was all.

All in all, it was a peaceful stay.

It was a great value for money. It was a peaceful stay. I love the location since it is very accessible to transportation. The AC is quite noisy but it was bearable. Would probably book our next stay at Cebu here.

Please fix the bathroom door at room 205. It does not close.

Good for an overnight stay

Service with a smile and in walking distance from the downtown sight seeings

Rooms have never been ventilated so no good smell inside. No or almost no warm water. First we were placed in the rooms facing the main street with non stop noise from the 7 eleven clients and cars and asked for another one for the second night.Wifi not working and staff was unable to assist me...

Good central location in walking discance from main Cebu city sights (church Santo Nino, fortress, magellan cross etc.), private rooms are quite big and for reasonable prices, bathroom was not the best one but otherwise good place where to stay if you need to stay overnight in the city.
